You'll sit with a client's operations team to understand how their work actually gets done, identify where AI can make the biggest impact, build the data foundations, and ship production AI solutions. You'll own the full journey from the first discovery meeting to a working system people use every day.

Job Description

Discover and advise- Lead AI Explore engagements, our discovery service for finding high-ROI AI opportunities: run discovery interviews and map business processes- Conduct process analysis on the ground, such as time-and-motion studies and workflow observation- Build ROI models and AI roadmaps, and present findings to both executives and frontline teamsBuild data foundations- Design and build data pipelines that bring together scattered client data- Build unified data platforms on Databricks that serve as the foundation for AI applications- Ensure solutions meet security and data residency requirements, including in-Kingdom hosting where neededBuild and deploy AI solutions- Build AI agents and workflows that automate real business operations- Develop full-stack applications with LLMs, retrieval, and integrations into client systems- Deploy, monitor, and improve solutions in production, and train client teams to use themWhat We're Looking For:- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical consulting- Strong full-stack development skills- Hands-on experience building with LLMs: agents, prompt engineering, RAG, and tool use- Solid data engineering skills: SQL, data modeling, ETL pipelines, and API integrations- Databricks certification (such as Data Engineer Associate/Professional or Generative AI Engineer Associate) with hands-on experience building on the Databricks platform- Ability to analyze business processes and translate operational problems into technical solutions- Confident communicator who can explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders- Comfortable working on client sites and adapting to different industriesWhy Join Us:- Work directly with leading Saudi and GCC enterprises on real AI transformation- Own projects end to end, from discovery to deployment- Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)- Join early and grow with the company as we scale
