You sit with the client, understand their world, and ship solutions in the room. You're the person who turns a messy whiteboard session on Monday into a working prototype by Friday and make the client feel like they built it with you, not for them.Here's what that looks like day to day:You orchestrate agents to build what teams used to build by hand: faster, sharper, at a scale that wasn't possible beforeYou shape fast-paced AI breakthrough projects from PoC to production-ready MVP, ensuring they generate real business valueYou build data pipelines, run ML workflows, develop and deploy web services on cloud environments (preferably Azure)You support integration with client systems and make sure what we ship actually holds up in the real worldYou work embedded in one of our squads: close to the action, with short decision paths and real ownershipYou bring AI to organizations that need it most: corporates, Mittelstand, scale-ups, NGOs, and the public sectorYou help shape who we are – internally and externally – as a key contributor in a fast-growing companyWhat you bringEngineering depth:3+ years of professional experience building scalable, production-grade softwareHands-on ML in production: model training, deployment, monitoring; proficient with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learnStrong Python and SQL: solid foundations, clean code, good engineering instinctsCloud and web experience: at least one cloud platform (preferably Azure), secure web app setup, PostgreSQLYou run multiple Claude Code instances in parallel and feel frustrated when you can'tYou've created proper evals and let AI agents cook for 30+ minutesForward Deployed mindset:You're comfortable in a boardroom and a terminal on the same day and you switch between the two without losing a beatYou build trust fast: with clients, with your squad, with stakeholders who are skeptical of AIYou translate between business and technology fluently – in both directionsComfort with ambiguity: vague requirements are your starting point, not a blockerGerman from C1 for confident client communicationDon't meet every point?
