This is a rare chance to join a hypergrowth company at the frontier of agentic AI while its Korea business is still being shaped, and to help write the playbook for enterprise AI adoption in one of the world’s most advanced markets.The roleAs a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll sit where engineering, product and customer success meet. You’ll work closely with Korea’s leading banks, insurers and enterprises: understanding how their operations really run, finding where AI agents can deliver step-change results, and building the systems that make it happen.You’ll own projects from the first discovery workshop through to production. That means building agents that work in the messy real world of legacy systems, strict security requirements and demanding stakeholders. Then you’ll measure the business impact and keep improving until it’s undeniable.What you’ll doWork inside customer teams to map their workflows, constraints and what success looks like.Turn vague business problems into clear technical plans and production-grade AI agents.Build integrations with enterprise systems, data sources and core business processes.Lead the conversation in the room, from frontline operations teams to C-level leaders at major financial institutions.Test with real data, measure real outcomes and improve quickly based on evidence.Work with our client’s global product and engineering teams to shape the core platform.Turn what you learn on each deployment into reusable tools and best practices.What our client is looking forSeasoned production software Engineer, or equivalent experience as a founder or early startup engineer.Strong hands-on engineering skills: APIs, integrations, data flows and system design.
