• Build and ship production-quality software
• Work directly with customers to understand complex problems
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Navigate ambiguity and move quickly
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams
• Communicate technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersThe profileYou’re a strong software engineer, but you don’t necessarily want to spend your entire day behind a ticket queue.You enjoy talking to customers, figuring out what they actually need, and then building the solution.Experience in an AI, SaaS, developer tools, data, infrastructure, or high-growth startup environment is especially relevant.
