ROTI’s products also hold Halal certification from LPPOM Majelis Ulama Indonesia, reinforcing its dedication to consumer trust and safety.Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction and performance of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. The Owner will guide long-term business planning, set growth objectives, and ensure alignment with the company’s mission of delivering safe, halal, and high-quality products. Daily responsibilities include supervising executive leadership, reviewing financial performance, approving major investments, and monitoring operational efficiency across production and distribution facilities. The role involves maintaining strong governance practices, overseeing risk management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and halal standards. The Owner will also represent the company in key stakeholder engagements, including investors, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners, and make high-level decisions that support sustainable business growth.Qualifications Strong leadership and strategic management abilities, with experience guiding executive teams and setting long-term business direction.Proven expertise in business operations, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or food and beverage industries.Advanced knowledge of finance, corporate governance, and risk management to oversee large-scale organizational performance.Understanding of food safety, quality management, and halal certification standards, including familiarity with ISO-based systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for engaging with investors, regulators, and partners.Ability to make data-informed decisions, analyze complex reports, and prioritize initiatives that drive sustainable growth.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly beneficial.Demonstrated experience in leading or owning sizeable enterprises in Indonesia or comparable markets.
