They will own engagements end-to-end, from discovery and solution design through deployment, industrialization, and value realization.Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.Key Responsibilities:Discovery & Solution DesignLead client workshops to understand business challenges and define success metrics.Translate business objectives into AI-enabled solutions and operating model changes.Shape architecture, workflow, platform, and technology decisions.Delivery & EngineeringOwn solution architecture and drive hands-on delivery of critical components.Develop prototypes, proofs of value, and production-ready solutions.Apply AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to solve business problems.Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, reliability, and regulatory requirements.Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and production-readiness standards.Adoption & Value RealizationDrive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and change management.Track business outcomes and benefits after deployment.Ensure solutions are documented, scalable, and operationally sustainable.Leadership & GrowthLead delivery pods and mentor junior team members.Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices.Support pre-sales activities, client workshops, solution demonstrations, and business case development.Must-Have Skills:8+ years of experience in consulting, software engineering, solution architecture, product management, or business transformation.Proven experience leading client engagements from discovery through deployment.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.Knowledge of Financial Services domains (banking and/or insurance).Experience with AI, Generative AI, workflow automation, analytics, or agentic AI solutions.Understanding of AI concepts such as RAG, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, tool calling, evaluation methods, guardrails, and Responsible AI.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing delivery workstreams.Good-to-Have Skills:Experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions in production environments.Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, DevOps, containers, and enterprise integrations.Experience with business architecture, process transformation, operating model design, and capability mapping.Familiarity with regulated environments, model risk management, data governance, and compliance.Experience supporting pre-sales, solution shaping, and business development initiatives.We are a Disability Confident Employer:Capgemini is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme.
