As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a hands-on builder and problem-solver, rapidly prototyping and delivering solutions that demonstrate immediate, tangible value. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants meaningful ownership over outcomes that directly shape customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, operational workflows, and desired outcomesDecompose complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solution designs and implementation plansRapidly build and iterate on end-to-end solutions — including demos, prototypes, pilots, and production-ready applications — using the company's AI platform and modern development toolsIntegrate data sources, APIs, third-party systems, and internal applications into cohesive, scalable solutionsDevelop deep expertise in the company's platform capabilities to maximise reuse and accelerate solution deliveryCollaborate closely with Go-to-Market, Product, and AI engineering teams, as well as customer stakeholders, to iterate based on real-world feedbackIdentify reusable solution patterns and contribute insights that drive platform improvements scalable across future deploymentsCommunicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences throughout the solution lifecycleRequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical fieldStrong software engineering fundamentals with solid hands-on programming skillsWorking knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including familiarity with large language models (LLMs), multimodal models, and AI agentsDemonstrated ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems using structured analytical thinking, and to adapt quickly to new technologies, platforms, and business domainsStrong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working across both technical and business contexts in fast-paced, cross-functional teamsExperience building software applications, AI/ML projects, prototypes, or end-to-end technical solutions through internships, coursework, research, hackathons, or personal initiatives (is a bonus)Hands-on experience with databases, data integration, cloud platforms, or AI-assisted development tools such as coding assistants (is a bonus)If you are passionate about technology and meet the above requirements, please don't hesitate to apply.
