VC backed Seed stage startup.We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer.You'll operate like a startup CTO embedded inside our biggest customer accounts. Find the highest-value broken process. Scope it. Build it. Ship it to production. Repeat.What A performance looks like in this seat:→ Full pipeline scoped within 30 days→ First thing live in production within 30 days→ 3+ live in production by day 90→ $2M+ in verified annualized impact by month 6→ Running customer sessions independently by day 60This isn't a prototype-and-handoff role. You write production code, you own what happens after it ships, and what you learn in the field goes straight back into the product.Good fit if you've owned a customer-facing technical deployment start to finish and you'd rather be solving the problem on-site than debating it in a backlog meeting.$150K-$225K based on qualifications, plus up to 0.5% equity.
