Its technology combines robust financial infrastructure with intelligent automation, enabling customers to manage their funds more efficiently while maintaining accuracy, control and transparency.The RoleAs a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with strategic customers to design, build and deploy technical solutions across AI, automation, analytics and platform integrations.This is a hands-on engineering role with significant customer exposure. You will own projects from technical discovery through production deployment, while helping turn bespoke customer solutions into reusable platform capabilities.What You’ll DoPartner with private markets customers to understand complex technical and operational challengesTranslate ambiguous requirements into clear technical plans and scalable system architecturesBuild production-grade applications, integrations and AI-enabled workflowsOwn deployments from discovery and scoping through implementation and adoptionWork closely with internal engineering and product teams to solve customer problemsIdentify opportunities to turn bespoke solutions into reusable product capabilitiesWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of software engineering, forward deployed engineering or technical consulting experienceStrong programming skills across Python, Java, TypeScript or similar technologiesExperience building production software, APIs, data integrations and cloud-based systemsStrong architectural judgement and confidence working through ambiguous problemsExperience owning complex customer projects from discovery through deliveryExcellent communication skills with technical teams and senior stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience within private markets, fintech or enterprise financial softwareHands-on experience deploying AI or agentic systems into productionStrong SQL, data modelling and analytical application experienceExperience with forecasting, automation, optimization or decision-support systemsExperience turning customer-specific solutions into scalable product capabilities
