The technology is already being deployed across Fortune 500 engineering organizations, helping teams accelerate software delivery and rethink how engineering work gets done.About the RoleWe are looking for Deployed Engineers to work directly with enterprise customers, helping them integrate autonomous AI software engineers into their existing development environments and workflows.This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI, technical consulting, and customer-facing problem-solving. You will work alongside senior engineering leaders and developers to identify high-impact use cases, build technical solutions, drive successful deployments, and demonstrate measurable business value.You will have significant ownership over strategic customer relationships and work closely with the core product and engineering teams to shape how autonomous AI is adopted across large organizations.This is a highly technical, predominantly customer-facing role—not a traditional software engineering or sales engineering position.What You'll DoPartner directly with enterprise customers, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and technical teams, to understand their software development workflows and identify opportunities for AI adoption.Lead technical discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, and enterprise deployments.Build prototypes, integrations, and customer-specific solutions that demonstrate the value of autonomous AI software engineers.Work directly within customer codebases, contributing code, debugging issues, and submitting or reviewing pull requests when necessary.Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes, helping customers understand the impact on engineering productivity, development velocity, and operational efficiency.Own the success of strategic customer deployments, from initial pilot through production rollout and broader organizational adoption.What We're Looking ForStrong software engineering foundation and ability to contribute production-quality code.Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting technical solutions to senior executives.Experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or technical founding roles.Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Genuine enthusiasm for customer-facing work; this is a predominantly customer-facing role with less than 25% hands-on coding.Direct customer-facing experience is preferred but not required for exceptional engineers with strong communication skills.
