The platform runs in air-gapped, private-cloud, or other sovereign environments, so sensitive data never leaves the client's own infrastructure. ReN3 works with government, banking and financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and construction clients, and partners with major infrastructure and cloud providers on deployment.About the RoleAs a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own the last mile between ReN3's core product and a working, production-grade deployment inside the client's environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical discovery sessions with enterprise prospects - uncover pain points, map them to ReN3 capabilities, and qualify opportunity fit.Scope and run proof-of-concept engagements - configure the ReN3 platform against sample client data, connect to their systems, and demonstrate measurable value within agreed timelines.Involved in project deployment, to ensure we meet customer objectives.Answer security, compliance, and architecture questions from client IT and procurement teams - data residency, air-gap deployment options, access controls, audit trails.Write and contribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, solution architecture documents, and security questionnaires.Act as the product expert in customer meetings - relay feature gaps and win/loss patterns back to the product team with enough context to drive roadmap decisions.Build and maintain a reusable library of demo environments, solution templates, and technical collateral that can be customised per vertical.What We're Looking ForMust-haveSingapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.Minimum 3+ years in solutions engineering, deployment engineer or technical consulting role.Bachelor's Degree required.Understanding of AI/Agentic AI/ ML/ LLM concepts at a level that lets you field hard questions from informed buyers – Agentic RAG, vector search, model selection, data governance, and hallucination risk.Excellent written English and async communication with distributed deal teams.Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity - early-stage company, evolving playbook, no rigid script.Nice-to-haveExperience with document intelligence, knowledge management, or unstructured data platforms.Familiarity with on-prem or private cloud deployments -- you know what it means when a client says they cannot push data outside their network.Background in verticals ReN3 serves: financial services, government, logistics, healthcare, or manufacturing.You can write Python to set up a demo environment without waiting for a ticket.What You'll GetDirect ownership of deployments that matter — sovereign AI infrastructure for real enterprise/government clients.High autonomy, trust and variance work — every deployment environment is different.Close collaboration with ReN3's founding team on product direction shaped by real field feedback.
