Its agents run customer service and core business workflows for enterprises across multiple countries, deployed by engineers who embed directly with the customer and take agents from pilot to production at a pace most companies can only talk about. The client's identity will be shared on introduction.The Role You'll be the engineer customers trust to make AI actually work in their business. Embedded on site, you'll get under the skin of their systems and workflows, then design, build and ship production AI agents that solve real problems. You'll own the technical side of every deployment end to end: integrations, data, agent logic, testing, launch and iteration. No hand-offs, no endless roadmaps. You build it, you ship it, you see the impact.ResponsibilitiesEmbed with enterprise customers to understand their systems, data and workflowsDesign, build and deploy production AI agents in Python, from prototype to live in weeksIntegrate agents with customer platforms through APIs, data pipelines and internal toolingDebug, tune and harden live deployments so they perform reliably at scaleWork closely with Deployment Strategists to shape what gets built and whyBe the trusted technical voice with customer engineering teams and senior stakeholdersFeed field learnings straight back into Product and Engineering to shape the core platformEssential Requirements4+ years as a software engineer, with strong Python and production-quality code day to daySolid experience with APIs, system integrations, data pipelines and cloud infrastructureA track record of shipping software that real users depend onComfortable working directly with customers, explaining technical decisions clearly to non-engineersHigh agency and ownership, happy to move fast and make calls in ambiguityGenuine curiosity about LLMs and building AI systems that work in practiceDesirable ExperienceBuilding with LLMs, AI agents or conversational systems in productionTime in a forward deployed, solutions engineering or client-facing engineering roleTypeScript or similar alongside PythonFast-paced start-up or scale-up experienceGreek language skillsWorking EnvironmentBased in Athens, Greece2-3 days per week on customer sites, the rest flexibleA front-row seat on one of the most aggressive enterprise AI scale-ups out thereLet's be upfront: this is one of the most demanding engineering roles in enterprise AI right now.
