Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – AI-Powered Software Engineering

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join an innovative consulting delivery team embracing a new generation of AI-powered software engineering.This is an opportunity for an early-career engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, building applications, and leveraging AI coding assistants and autonomous agents to accelerate software delivery.Rather than focusing solely on writing code, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and client teams to turn business requirements into production-ready solutions.What You'll DoBuild with AI: Leverage AI-powered IDEs and coding agents to develop, configure, and enhance applications while ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.Deliver client solutions: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their technical needs and implement practical solutions.Develop & integrate: Build APIs, automate workflows, and connect applications with enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, and cloud services.Troubleshoot & optimize: Investigate technical issues, debug applications, and implement effective fixes.Deploy & operate: Support cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration, monitoring, and reliability.Collaborate across disciplines: Work alongside solution architects, product designers, and engineers in a modern, AI-enabled delivery team.What We're Looking For0–2 years of software engineering experience, including relevant internships or hands-on projects.A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.Hands-on knowledge in at least one of the following:Software development: Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Go, or C#Cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, or Google CloudDevOps & automation: CI/CD, Docker, containers, scripting, or infrastructure automationFamiliarity with APIs, Git, debugging, testing, and software development fundamentals.Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the confidence to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.A Big PlusExperience experimenting with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or other agentic development platforms.We're particularly interested in engineers who are curious about how LLMs and autonomous coding agents are transforming the software development lifecycle.
