Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEContract Duration: 12 MonthsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise data, AI, and automation solutions.

The role involves collaborating with business and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and implement AI-powered applications and automated workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesGather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and transformation workflows.Build and deploy AI applications, AI agents, chatbots, and automated business processes.Develop APIs, webhooks, connectors, and integrations with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.Build dashboards, web applications, portals, and user interfaces.Support AI model evaluation, testing, monitoring, governance, and cost optimization.Manage deployments, version control, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and data mappings.Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and security teams.Ensure data security, access control, compliance, and appropriate human oversight of AI solutions.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, API development, system integrations, and production AI or automation solutions.Proven experience developing AI agents, AI-powered applications, and workflow automation.Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, databases, data pipelines, and data transformation.Experience integrating ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.Understanding of enterprise security, data governance, access controls, and AI testing.Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.Fluency in written and spoken business English.Preferred SkillsExperience with Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI assistants, and automation platforms.Knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.Experience developing dashboards, portals, and enterprise applications.Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, production-ready solutions.
