We're not just players; we're game-changers.Role SummaryThis is a Forward Deployed Engineering role. You will be embedded onsite with our client and business team, working shoulder to shoulder to turn ambiguous problems into working AI solutions at speed. You own the rapid innovation and “fast track” engine: running discovery directly with client stakeholders, designing and building pilots in the room, and creating “wow moments” that prove value quickly across platforms and channels.You are hands-on and customer-facing in equal measure. You translate business needs into rapid prototypes yourself, and you direct a supporting pod of offshore AI engineers to accelerate delivery. You set the pace, keep a safe-to-experiment culture alive, and know when “good enough to learn” is the right call. When a pilot earns it, you hand it cleanly to the Production team to be hardened and scaled.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbed onsite with the client and business team, building trusted relationships and running rapid discovery to surface the problems most worth solvingLead the end-to-end development of rapid innovation and fast-track solutions, from idea to working pilot, owning a shippable pilot or demo every sprintBuild hands-on yourself, prototyping AI and agent-based solutions, while directing and coordinating an offshore pod of AI engineers to accelerate deliveryRun live, executive-level demos for client stakeholders, gathering feedback in the room and iterating quicklyChampion new modalities (for example video avatars, voice, vision), channels, and rapid data analyses to expand what is possible for the clientRun the lightweight safe-to-experiment checklist, protecting the move-fast culture without ever breaching data sovereignty or client trustNominate pilots for graduation and hand them cleanly to the Production team for hardening and scaleKey RequirementsHands-on senior builder or technical lead with proven rapid prototyping experienceStrong experience with LLMs and agent frameworks, able to design and ship AI solutions end to endGenuinely customer-facing: confident running discovery, scoping, and live demos directly with client and executive stakeholdersComfortable directing technical contributors, including remote or offshore engineers, and owning the quality of their outputProduct and innovation mindset, with the ability to work through ambiguity and turn vague needs into concrete solutionsComfortable with experimentation and knowing when “good enough to learn” is the right approachWilling and able to be based onsite at the client in the UAEPreferredStartup, venture-building, or professional-services / client-embedded backgroundExperience with multimodal solutions (vision, voice, avatars)Strong executive demo and presentation skillsExperience delivering for UAE / GCC, government, or large enterprise clientsArabic language skills are a plusTech StackContainer Apps, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, Azure OpenAI plus public / low-tier models via gateway, React rapid front-ends, sandbox landing zone.How This Role FitsFast Track ships pilots, not production runs.
