Compliance Officer: We are looking for a hands-on compliance professional who can strengthen our AML/CFT screening, due diligence and risk assessment capabilities.Interested candidates may apply for the role that best aligns with their experience and aspirations.About the rolesRole #1: Compliance OfficerReporting to: Senior Foundation AdvisorWe are looking to strengthen TTFA’s compliance capabilities and are hiring across different levels of experience. The level of seniority within the team will be calibrated based on experience and capabilities.In this hands-on role, you will strengthen our AML/CFT screening, due diligence and risk assessment capabilities across donors, beneficiaries, partners, vendors and other third parties. You will review screening results, assess standard and high-risk cases, prepare clear risk recommendations and present cases for management deliberation where escalation is required.We are looking for someone with:At least 4 years of hands-on experience in AML/CFT screening, KYC/KYD/KYDB reviews, sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening or financial crime due diligence.Practical experience assessing standard and high-risk cases using a risk-based approach.Strong judgement in identifying red flags, source of funds/source of wealth concerns, reputational risks and cross-border risks.Clear writing skills to prepare risk assessments, escalation papers and management updates.Confidence in presenting case facts, analysis and recommendations to management or senior stakeholders.A collaborative, discreet and detail-oriented working style.This is a meaningful opportunity to apply compliance expertise in a mission-driven environment and help shape robust screening practices across a growing philanthropic ecosystem.Role #2: Philanthropy AdvisorReporting to: Head, TT Foundation Advisors The Philanthropy Advisor offers professional expertise and evidence-based guidance as a trusted advisor, to philanthropists and their family offices, and to corporate conglomerates and charitable foundations, addressing their needs in every critical domain of their philanthropic ambition.These include impact strategies and assessment, governance structures and risk management, ESG/sustainability alignment and transitioning, as well as access to relevant world-class experts and solutions, in order to professionalise and grow their philanthropic legacies, and maximise their impact in the communities they serve.We are looking for someone with:A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognised institution.At least 10 years of relevant experience working in a client-facing advisory role, in the charity or non-profit space in Singapore or the region, or in a client-facing role related to legacy planning.Strong sense of confidentiality and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in serving/ managing UHNWIs, C-suite executives, business owners and a global clientele.Strategic thinker and a critical problem solver, with a passion to get to the roots of the issues communities face.Agile team player, with experience working with a high degree of independence in a time-sensitive environment.Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a member of a team, ensuring close coordination and integration with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, of which proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin would be advantageous.A hands-on self-starter with the ability to work independently.If you are excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing philanthropic ecosystem, we would be glad to hear from you.
