The Founder will be responsible for defining the company vision, setting strategic priorities, and overseeing the development of AI solutions and training programs. Day-to-day tasks include building and managing partnerships, engaging with clients to understand their AI needs, and guiding product and curriculum design. The role also involves establishing operational processes, leading a small team or contractors, managing budgets, and ensuring sustainable business growth. The Founder will represent the company in local and industry communities, seeking opportunities for collaboration, funding, and market expansion.Qualifications Ability to define and execute a clear business strategy, including market positioning, product roadmap, and revenue planning.Experience or strong interest in artificial intelligence, data-driven solutions, and technology education.Entrepreneurial mindset with proven initiative in starting or leading projects, ventures, or organizations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, partners, and team members.Basic financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, resource planning, and process design.Comfort working on-site in Warakapola and engaging with local stakeholders and communities.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Education) is beneficial but not strictly required.Prior experience in training, teaching, or facilitating workshops related to technology or business is an advantage.
