The Founder will define and refine the organization’s vision, set strategic priorities, and lead the development of the AI Echo platform and community. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping content and programming, building partnerships with technology organizations and experts, and overseeing community engagement initiatives. The role involves managing core operations, coordinating with contributors, and establishing processes for sustainable growth and responsible technology exploration. The Founder will also represent AI Echo at events, foster a culture of inclusivity and innovation, and ensure alignment between mission, activities, and long-term goals.Qualifications Strategic leadership and vision-setting skills, including experience defining goals, roadmaps, and organizational priorities.Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, deep learning, and broader technology trends, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.Community-building and stakeholder management experience, such as organizing events, managing online communities, or coordinating collaborative projects.Entrepreneurial mindset with skills in business development, partnership building, and basic financial and operational planning.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and encourage responsible discussion about technology.Ability to work on-site in Kovilpatti, take initiative, and operate independently in a fast-evolving environment.Prior experience in startups, technology organizations, or developer communities is highly beneficial.Relevant education in computer science, engineering, business, or related fields is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
