The Founder will be responsible for setting the company vision and strategy, defining business goals, and leading overall operations across technology, marketing, and client services. Daily tasks include overseeing product and service development, guiding web and mobile application projects, and ensuring quality delivery that aligns with client requirements. The Founder will manage key client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and make decisions on resource allocation, budgeting, and partnerships. This role also involves building and mentoring the core team, establishing efficient processes, and monitoring performance metrics to support sustainable growth and innovation.Qualifications Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with experience setting vision, goals, and growth plans for a technology or digital business.Hands-on understanding of web application and mobile app development, including collaboration with technical teams and familiarity with modern development practices.Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online growth strategies, with the ability to design and evaluate campaigns that drive measurable results.Business development and client relationship management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and long-term account management.Operational and financial management skills, such as budgeting, resource planning, process optimization, and performance tracking.Excellent communication and decision-making abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to work on-site in Bhiwani to guide day-to-day operations.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior founding or senior leadership experience in a tech or digital agency is highly beneficial.
