Stavana InfraTech LLP aims to deliver practical, sustainable infrastructure solutions that create long-term value for clients and communities.Role Description The Founder role at Stavana InfraTech LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Hassan, responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing core operations, and ensuring sustainable business growth. The Founder will lead business development, build client relationships, and identify new project opportunities in both government and private sectors. Daily responsibilities include supervising project planning and execution, monitoring budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves establishing organizational processes, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement. The Founder will collaborate with engineers, project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure projects that meet performance, quality, and cost objectives.Qualifications Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with experience guiding teams and managing multiple projects.Solid background in civil engineering, construction management, or infrastructure development, including exposure to structural works and interior/finishing projects.Proficiency in project planning, estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation, with the ability to manage timelines and costs effectively.Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control practices in the construction and infrastructure sectors.Business development and client relationship management skills, including negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and contract oversight.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, government bodies, and private clients.Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to take ownership of operations in an on-site environment.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in founding, co-founding, or leading a construction or infrastructure business is highly beneficial.
