More information about BlakePark™ can be found at www.blakepark.co.Role Description The Founder in Residence is a part-time, remote role designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to explore, validate, and build new venture concepts within Blake Atlantic’s focus areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching markets across MENA and India, identifying promising sectors and business models, and developing investment or venture theses aligned with the BlakePark™ platform. The Founder in Residence will create and test hypotheses through customer discovery, competitive analysis, and financial modeling, while drafting concept notes, pitch materials, and go-to-market plans. This role collaborates with Blake Atlantic’s leadership on opportunity evaluation, participates in strategic discussions, and refines ideas based on feedback and data. Over time, the Founder in Residence may help incubate new businesses or growth initiatives, preparing them for potential launch or investment.Qualifications Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with experience founding, leading, or significantly shaping early-stage ventures or new business lines.Demonstrated ability in market research, opportunity assessment, and financial modeling, preferably across MENA and/or India.Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, concept notes, and investor-ready materials.Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing priorities, and delivering high-quality work on a part-time schedule.Experience in investment, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or corporate strategy is highly beneficial.Familiarity with building operating frameworks, growth strategies, and metrics for enduring, long-term-oriented businesses.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
