Battery Dost aims to build a seamless, accessible solution that supports the rapid growth of clean mobility across the country.Role Description As a Founder Office Intern at Battery Dost, you will work closely with the founding team to support strategic projects, daily operations, and cross-functional initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, and assisting with data analysis to inform business decisions. You will help coordinate meetings, track action items, and support communication between internal teams and external partners. The role also includes contributing to process documentation, drafting basic internal and external communications, and assisting in the execution of pilot programs and operational workflows. You will gain exposure to early-stage startup decision-making and the EV and clean mobility sector while supporting high-priority founder-led initiatives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to gather data, synthesize insights, and prepare structured summaries.Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, reports, and presentations, and for collaborating with cross-functional teams.Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, including task tracking, meeting preparation, and basic project management.Candidates should possess proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, document editors) and a comfort with learning new digital tools.Candidates should possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.Interest in electric vehicles, clean energy, or mobility solutions is highly beneficial.Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
