And you will hold a genuine ownership stake in what you create, with the majority share retained by you.Who this is forYou're likely a senior 360 biller with a strong, recent track record. You know your market deeply enough that you could name your first ten clients right now. You've probably managed or mentored others and you're commercially sharp about what actually drives fee income.Most importantly, you've got the founder itch. You want ownership, not just a bigger commission scheme.
