You will help manage and improve areas such as:Customer experience and customer serviceBooking and day-to-day branch operationsCashier, POS and payment processesDaily operational controls and reconciliationCoordination between management and the salon teamIdentifying operational issues and improving processesYou will not understand the business only through spreadsheets. You will understand it firsthand.---02 — Finance & Business AdministrationWork with management and our external accounting firm to keep business information accurate, complete and on time.Your responsibilities may include:Expense and invoice coordinationAccounting documentationPayroll inputsPayment and reconciliation informationBasic management reportsAdministrative and compliance follow-upsYou do not need to be an accountant. But you should be comfortable with numbers, details and accountability.---03 — People & HR OperationsHelp us build and support the team as the company grows.You may work across:Recruitment and candidate coordinationOnboardingEmployee documentationAttendance and payroll inputsTraining coordinationPerformance follow-upsImproving internal people processes---04 — Projects & Special InitiativesTake ownership of projects assigned directly by the CEO.Projects may involve:Operations · Marketing · Customer Experience · Technology · New Services · Partnerships · Process Improvement · ExpansionSome projects will come with a clear brief. Others may simply begin with:“Here is the problem.
