Their backgrounds include prior years at SAP. We are backed by business angels with a 100M+ € exit and recognised Life Sciences thought leaders.🟢 The roleYou will be the right hand of the founder, with responsibility on the level of a co-founder. Strategic thinking and operational execution in constant rotation: once a direction is set, you also own the implementation.This is not a classic assistant role.🟢 Initial focusMarketing and growth hacking. You will independently concept, launch and iterate new growth channels, then double down on what works.🟢 What you will doBuild, test and iterate new marketing and growth channels end-to-endRun growth experiments: hypothesis, ship, measure, decideTranslate strategic decisions into executed initiatives across the companyEngage directly with customers: biotech founders, regulatory teams, pharma operatorsSupport the founder on the operational priorities that need the most leverage🟢 What we look forHands-on, proactive, structured, with high self-motivationEntrepreneurial mindset, sustainable in how you workWilling to take on responsibility and ownershipComfortable with rapid context switching, able to sustain focus through intense delivery phasesAble to flex hours during product launches and customer rolloutsFluent in English and German.
