Location: ColomboAbout the CompanyOur client is an emerging cybersecurity and technology company focused on building next-generation products that combine cybersecurity, AI and technology innovation.

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founders and play an active role in taking a product from an initial idea through to implementation.

Requirements

We are looking for an entry-level candidate with an interest in product management and product development, along with a strong desire to build and take a product from an idea to implementation.The ideal candidate will have:A degree or be a final-year undergraduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.An interest in product management, product development and creating new products.Some academic knowledge or background in cybersecurity.Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.A technical background would be an added advantage.A proactive, analytical and problem-solving mindset.A strong willingness to learn, take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.The ability to stay committed, work through challenges and take initiative.We particularly value grit, determination, ownership and the drive to build something meaningful. A background in sports or competitive/team-based activities would be an added advantage, as we value the discipline, teamwork, resilience and commitment that these experiences can develop.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the founders on product development, strategy and new initiatives.Support the process of taking products from ideation through research, development and implementation.Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.Research emerging technologies, including AI and cybersecurity solutions.Support customer discovery and translate insights into practical product requirements.Contribute to product planning, problem-solving and decision-making.Prepare research findings, recommendations and product documentation.Take ownership of assigned initiatives and work collaboratively to move projects forward.Application RequirementPlease submit your CV along with a short self-introduction video (approximately 2 minutes).
