HireQuotient primarily serves sectors such as healthcare, building services, construction, manufacturing, insurance, and retail.Role Description Most people spend three years learning how a company works. You'll spend three months in the room where it's decided.This is a cross-functional role working directly with our Founder & CEO across GTM, product, strategy, and ops. You won't own one function - you'll own whatever is most broken, most urgent, or most important that week. No silos. No hand-holding. No "that's not my job."A month here might look like:→ Cracking AEO/GEO (answer engine optimisation) before the category figures it out — when a buyer asks ChatGPT how to source candidates, we want to be the answer. This channel didn't exist 18 months ago. No playbook. You write it.→ Sitting in on customer calls, then rewriting the sales narrative based on what you actually heard.→ Running a hiring sprint, a fundraise deck, and a churn analysis in the same week.What we're looking for:1. Structured Problem Solver - You walk into ambiguity and walk out with a plan of action.2. Exceptional Communicator - You write with clarity and influence without needing a title to back you up.3. Intellectually Curious - Genuinely obsessed with AI, SaaS, and how great businesses get built.4. Proven Execution Track Record - IIT / IIM / MBB, or outlier performance anywhere you've been. Show us the evidence, not the pedigree.5. High Ownership, Low Ego - You spot what needs doing and do it, no matter how small.
