This isn't a generalist "do everything" role dressed up with a fancy title, it's a seat close to how a XXX Cr voice AI company actually runs: where the numbers are soft, where GTM is working vs. stalling, and where the next six months of the roadmap actually gets decided. You'll be the person who turns ambiguous, half-formed problems into structured analysis, and structured analysis into decisions the leadership team can act on. You'll do this alongside someone who's spent 17+ years doing it.Responsibilities:Strategic projects: Take on 2–3 live workstreams at a time pricing strategy for a new voice product line, expansion into a new vertical or geography, competitive response to a new entrant, build-vs-buy calls on infrastructure and drive them from framing to recommendation to execution follow-through.Operating cadence: Own the mechanics that keep a fast-growing company honest, weekly business reviews, OKR tracking, board deck prep, and the follow-up that ensures decisions made in a room actually get done outside it.Cross-functional glue: Work across Product, Sales, and Finance to unblock things that are stuck between functions the kind of problem that doesn't belong to any one team but kills momentum if left alone.Data-backed narrative: Build the analysis, cohort retention, unit economics on voice minutes/API usage, sales funnel conversion that turns "we think this is working" into "here's what's actually happening and what we should do about it."Revenue operations: Own the numbers that run the revenue engine pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy, CAC/LTV and payback by segment, quota and territory sanity checks, deal desk support on pricing/discounting exceptions, and CRM/reporting infrastructure that Sales actually trusts. You're the one who can tell leadership, with confidence, why this quarter's number will land where it lands.Founder/CoS leverage: Prep briefing notes, investor updates, and internal memos; represent the Founder's Office in meetings where a decision needs air cover or a first draft.Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, a VC/PE fund, or a founder's office / Chief of Staff function at a high-growth startup.Strong quantitative and analytical ability — comfortable in Excel/Sheets and building models from scratch, not just filling in templates.Working familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce) and revenue metrics — pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, forecasting — even if you haven't formally held a RevOps title.Sharp written communication — this role runs on memos, not slides for slides' sake.High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward ownership over waiting for instructions.Genuine curiosity about AI/voice technology and how it's changing how businesses operate, you don't need to be technical, but you should be able to hold a real conversation about the product. Why This Role: You'll report to a Chief of Staff who has spent 17+ years building strategy and operations muscle across companies, this is one of the fastest ways to compress a decade of operating experience into 18–24 months. You'll see the inside of a XXX Cr revenue company at a stage most people only read case studies about, and you'll have a hand in decisions that show up in the next board deck.Pay range: 40-60 LPA
