Ltd.For the last 15 years, I've been fortunate to build brands in the photography and wedding industry.Today, as I gradually shift my focus towards building Snapzo, I'm looking for someone who can eventually help lead Wevoir alongside me.This isn't another corporate job.I'm looking for someone who wants to spend the next 5–10 years building premium brands, solving business problems, working directly with the Founder, and becoming an integral part of our journey.If your ambition is simply to manage a department, this role probably isn't for you.If your ambition is to one day build and lead a business, let's talk.What you'll be doing• Working directly with me on business growth and strategy.• Speaking with prospective couples and understanding their vision.• Building meaningful relationships with clients, wedding planners, venues and luxury partners.• Driving business growth through referrals, partnerships and networking.• Reviewing business performance, MIS reports and identifying growth opportunities.• Improving customer experience across every touchpoint.• Working across brands including Novella and The First Chapter.• Solving problems, taking ownership and helping build systems as the company grows.Who I'm looking for• 3–8 years of experience.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Someone who enjoys meeting people and building relationships.• Strong business mindset with an ownership mentality.• Comfortable working directly with the Founder.• Comfortable with dynamic work, travel and taking on responsibilities beyond a job description.• Someone who believes in building something meaningful rather than simply changing jobs.What we offer• 8–10 LPA Fixed Compensation.• Performance-based incentives.• ESOP opportunity for exceptional long-term contributors.• Direct mentorship from the Founder.• An opportunity to become part of the founding team shaping multiple premium brands.This role is based in New Delhi and follows a 6-day work week.
