Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Chief Operating Officer - Intern (IT Services, Products & Staffing – Global Markets), you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of strategic business initiatives, refining operational processes, and promoting efficiency across various departments. You will assist in budgeting and financial analysis, contribute to growth strategies, and help manage global market operations within the IT services, products, and staffing sector. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations ManagementStrong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsKnowledge of Finance and Budgeting practicesStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentAdvanced education in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields is a plus
