It is a builder role.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild an AI-enabled influencer CRM/database with creator profiles, category strengths, campaign history, GMV, reliability and brand fit.Build SOPs for account management across creator handling, brand execution, follow-ups, escalations and reporting.Build SOPs for operations across onboarding, campaign execution, product sourcing, reward tracking and issue resolution.Create daily AI-led reporting for account management and operations — including task progress, blockers, owner-wise output and risk alerts.What Success Looks LikeWithin 90 days:Account management and operations SOPs are documented and adopted.Daily reporting is automated and founder-ready.Influencer CRM/database first version is live.Founder dependency on daily follow-ups and reporting is meaningfully reduced.Good To HaveExperience with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Retool, AppScript or Looker Studio.
