Job Title: Founder’s OfficeExperience: 5 to 8 YearsLocation: Delhi (On-site)About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and analytical professional to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the founders and senior leadership team on strategic initiatives, business planning, performance tracking, and execution. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working across functions, analysing data, conducting research, and taking initiatives from idea to execution. The individual will act as a strategic enabler to the leadership team, helping drive key priorities and ensuring timely execution across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Business Support• Work closely with the founders and senior leadership on strategic and business-critical initiatives.• Conduct market, competitor, industry, and business research to support decision-making.• Analyse business opportunities and prepare structured recommendations for leadership.• Assist in developing and executing strategic plans and growth initiatives.• Prepare business cases, presentations, and decision-making documents for leadership.Business Performance & MIS• Track key business metrics and organisational performance against defined targets.• Prepare regular MIS, dashboards, business reviews, and performance reports.• Analyse revenue, costs, customer metrics, AUM, trading volumes, acquisition, and other relevant business KPIs.• Identify performance gaps, trends, risks, and opportunities and present actionable insights.• Support leadership in periodic business and performance reviews.Project & Execution Management• Own and drive high-priority projects assigned by the founders.• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.• Define action items, timelines, owners, and milestones for key projects.• Follow up with stakeholders and ensure closure of critical action items.• Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively escalate issues to leadership.Cross-Functional Coordination• Work closely with Product, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance, HR, and other teams.• Facilitate communication between leadership and functional teams.• Ensure alignment of teams with organisational priorities.• Support leadership in resolving cross-functional issues and driving execution.Financial & Business Analysis• Support financial and business analysis for new initiatives and projects.• Build business models, projections, and scenario analyses where required.• Analyse costs, revenue opportunities, profitability, and business performance.• Work closely with Finance/FP&A to understand financial implications of strategic decisions.Founder’s Office / Special Projects• Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic projects directly assigned by the founders.• Support new business launches, partnerships, expansion initiatives, and process improvement projects.• Conduct deep-dive analysis on specific business problems and recommend solutions.• Work on time-sensitive and high-impact projects requiring confidentiality and strong execution.Required Skills & Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Operations, Investment Banking, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and convert them into actionable plans.• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.• High ownership and willingness to take responsibility beyond a defined job description.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.Preferred – Good to Have• MBA from a reputed institute / CA / CFA / equivalent qualification.• Experience in Fintech, BFSI, Stock Broking, Financial Services, or Startups.• Prior experience working directly with founders, CXOs, or senior leadership.• Exposure to financial modelling, business strategy, or consulting.• Understanding of financial markets, broking, AUM, trading, and investment products.• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data-analysis tools.Key Competencies• High ownership and accountability• Structured and analytical thinking• Problem-solving mindset• Strong business acumen• Excellent execution and follow-through• Stakeholder management• Strong communication and presentation skills• Ability to work with ambiguity• Speed and adaptability• Attention to detail• Ability to operate independentlyWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is curious, hungry to learn, commercially aware, and highly execution-oriented.
