🚀 We're Hiring: Founder's Office – Growth & CX OutcomesLocation: Chennai, On-siteCompensation: 15-20 LPAWorking Days: 5 Days a weekWe're looking for a Founder's Office – Growth & CX Outcomes professional to work directly with the leadership team on high-impact initiatives that shape the customer journey and fuel business growth.What you'll do:Own strategic initiatives across the pre-booking and post-booking customer journey.Identify customer drop-offs and build solutions to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.Speak directly with customers, uncover insights, and translate them into product improvements.Improve supplier experience by solving operational bottlenecks with scalable solutions.Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.Leverage technology and automation to solve customer and operational challenges.Define success metrics, measure impact, and continuously optimize outcomes.We're looking for someone with:3–6 years of experience in Product, Growth, Customer Experience, Strategy, Founder's Office, Business Operations, or similar roles.A strong product mindset with the ability to solve business problems through technology.A track record of driving measurable customer, product, or growth outcomes.Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data.Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.High ownership, bias for action, and an execution-first approach.Bonus points if you:✈️ Love to travel, explore new destinations, and naturally understand the mindset of modern travelers.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building from first principles, and want to work closely with founders on high-impact initiatives, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now or tag someone who'd be a great fit and share their resume at hello@skillveda.ai
