About the Role:Join the Founder’s Office and work directly with the Founder on high-impact business initiatives.Gain exposure across Growth, Revenue, Partnerships, Strategy and Business Operations.Work on ambiguous business problems, bring structure to them, and drive initiatives from idea to execution and measurable outcomes.Ideal for someone who enjoys high ownership, fast learning, cross-functional exposure and switching between strategy and execution. Roles & Responsibilites:Work with the Founder on growth, revenue, partnerships and business expansion initiatives.Convert business priorities into structured plans with clear timelines and outcomes.Drive cross-functional projects from ideation to closure.Track business metrics, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.Prepare business reviews, presentations, proposals and analyses.Conduct market, customer and competitor research.Solve emerging business problems and take end-to-end ownership.Help build processes and operating rhythms as the company scales.
