Full-time · Some travelAntahāAntahā is a global movement creating micro-communities across major cities to address loneliness at scale. Built on three core values: Compassion, Connection, Community. The ambition is large. The method is intimate. Loneliness is not solved by reach alone, by digital tools, or by any system that removes the human from the centre. It is solved by people who actually show up — for one another, for an evening, for a quiet space to belong in.About the WorkSitender Sehrawat is a teacher shaped by years of monastic living in the Himalayas. His work spans teaching, hosting signature events and intimate gatherings, and private one-on-one consulting. The work is active across Europe, the US, and the Gulf, and it is scaling fast across cities and continents. The RoleWe're looking for a Founder's Office Manager to be the operational spine of everything Sitender does. You will work closely with a distributed team across India, Europe, and the US.What You Will DoOwn end-to-end event logistics — venues, vendors, travel, run-of-show, and on-ground coordination for events, gatherings, and retreatsManage the founder's speaking and teaching calendar — inbound requests, scheduling, preparation, and follow-upDrive marketing execution across channels — campaigns, partner briefs, content scheduling, and asset coordinationRun social media end-to-end — posting, community engagement, growth, and maintaining a consistent voice and aestheticCoordinate across a distributed team and external collaborators spanning multiple time zonesKeep the office of the founder moving — inbox triage, prioritisation, and ensuring projects don't stallAnticipate needs before they arise, so the founder can stay present to the workWho You AreEssential3+ years in operations, executive support, chief-of-staff, or founder's office rolesExceptional organiser who thrives across many moving parts without losing the detailsStrong written communicator with a feel for brand voice and visual consistencyComfortable owning social media and marketing executionCalm under pressure, discreet, and self-directed — you don't need to be managedDrawn to the work of stillness and inner growth, and at ease in a space that values presence over noisePreferredExperience supporting a founder, executive, or public-facing figureBackground in events, hospitality, or a fast-moving operation with many moving partsA personal practice in meditation, somatic work, or related modalitiesMultilingual (Italian, Arabic, or others a plus)Personal QualitiesYou hold complexity calmly — many threads at once, nothing droppedQuiet confidence and sound judgement; people trust you with what mattersDiscretion, depth, and integrity in all thingsA genuine desire to grow through this work, inwardly as well as professionallyWhat You ReceiveCompetitive compensation, with structure and benefits discussed directly based on experience and locationA rare seat at the centre of a growing body of work — teaching, events, and a movement being planted across cities worldwideDirect collaboration with the founder and a depth of perspective few roles offerAccess to all events and sessions as a participant — your own growth is part of the roleRoom to grow as the work expands across the US, Europe, the Gulf, and beyondEducation & BackgroundWe don't pay much attention to where you went to school — or whether you did. A degree is welcome but not necessary. What matters is capability, character, and care. We're looking for the kind of person whose reliability and judgement have shaped the path they've walked, however unconventional that path has been.Compensation & OnboardingThis role begins with an 8-week probation period. During these first eight weeks, you'll be paid a mutually agreed figure while we both find our rhythm and see the work in motion. On successful completion — based on performance and delivery — you'll step into the role permanently, with a full CTC of ₹7 LPA upwards, commensurate with experience and growing as the work expands across cities. To ApplySend a personal note to hello@antaha.org — not just a CV. Tell us who you are, what draws you to this work, and why this role calls to you. We won't respond to generic applications; we're looking for a specific kind of human being, and we'll know when we find them.www.antaha.org www.sitender.antaha.org
