We bring together founders, CXOs, GCC leaders, investors and ecosystem stakeholders through curated communities and high-value business engagements.What You’ll DoSupport the planning and execution of premium business events, mixers, roundtables and leadership communities.Research and build databases of Founders, CXOs, GCC leaders, investors and decision-makers.Drive outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and calls to invite relevant participants.Support client acquisition and lead generation for HighTable's GTM and event-led offerings.Coordinate with prospects and ensure strong follow-ups before and after events.Assist in creating event campaigns, invitations, social media content and outreach material.Track leads, conversations, confirmations and conversions in CRM/Google Sheets.Work closely with the founding and growth team on partnerships and business development.Attend HighTable events and support on-ground execution and relationship building.Who We’re Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and business leaders.Interest in events, startups, sales, marketing, GTM and business development.Good research and LinkedIn prospecting skills.Proactive, energetic and willing to take ownership.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Freshers and students with strong communication skills are welcome.What You’ll LearnB2B sales & client acquisitionEvent-led growthCommunity buildingFounder & CXO engagementGTM strategyPartnerships & business developmentStartup ecosystem and investor networkingThis is not a conventional event-management internship.You will be directly involved in building communities, creating business opportunities and acquiring clients for a fast-growing ecosystem platform.If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships and making things happen — this role is for you.
