Founder’s Office- Strategy & Execution | Garage Collective | On-siteLocation: Noida | DehradunExperience: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1–2 years of experienceReporting to: Founders, Garage CollectiveGarage Collective is building a two-member Founder’s Office for people curious about how businesses are actually built, run and scaled.This isn’t an Executive Assistant or typical management trainee role. You’ll work directly with the founders across research, strategy and execution. One day, you might evaluate a new business opportunity. The next, you could be developing a client pitch, reviewing performance numbers or solving an operational roadblock.We’re hiring for two roles:Strategy & Growth: Business research, partnerships, client strategy, market intelligence, new initiatives and pitches.Operations & Execution: Business operations, MIS, process improvement, cross-functional projects, team coordination and closure.We’re looking for someone who thinks clearly, communicates well, is comfortable with numbers and can bring structure to open-ended problems. You should be curious, proactive and serious about following things through.An MBA/PGDM or relevant experience is helpful, but not essential.
