We're post-seed, early-stage, and moving fast. This is a chance to sit right next to the founders and build.What you'll actually do:Work directly with the founding team across GTM, sales, product, and marketing — not siloed into one functionBuild and run outbound experiments: prospect lists, segments, messaging, sequencesHelp set up and optimize tools like Apollo (or similar) for list-building and outreachTurn ideas into shipped experiments fast — test, measure, kill or scaleSupport sales conversations — research, prep, follow-ups, deal trackingJump into whatever the week's priority is — this role is deliberately undefined by function and defined by ownershipWho we're looking for:You've worked hands-on with GTM tools — Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar — building lists, segments, or outbound campaigns (even in a college project, internship, or side hustle)You're comfortable with ambiguity and move without needing a playbookYou want to learn how a startup actually gets built, not just observe itYou can commit a minimum of 6 months — this is not a resume-filler internshipBonus: any exposure to BFSI/wealth management, sales tooling, or early-stage startupsWhy this role:Direct, daily access to founders — you'll co-build, not just executeExposure across every function of an early-stage companyReal ownership from week oneStrong chance of conversion to full-time based on performance
