Intelense focuses on continuously updating its analytics capabilities, offering tailored solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and truly autonomous operations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area within the Founder’s office at Intelense. The role involves supporting strategic initiatives by conducting market and competitive research, preparing analytical reports, and synthesizing insights for senior decision-making. Responsibilities include managing special cross-functional projects, coordinating with product, engineering, and business teams, and tracking key milestones and outcomes. The individual will draft presentations, investor and partner materials, internal memos, and strategy documents, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Day-to-day tasks also include building dashboards, monitoring critical metrics, preparing meeting agendas and notes, and following up on action items to keep the Founder’s office aligned and effective.Qualifications Strategic and analytical skills: ability to conduct structured research, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and translate findings into clear recommendations.Business and operations skills: experience with project management, cross-functional coordination, and basic understanding of product, marketing, and finance workflows.Communication and documentation skills: strong written and verbal communication, presentation development, and ability to create concise briefs, reports, and decks.Technical and digital fluency: comfort working with data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards), familiarity with technology or AI-driven products, and willingness to learn new tools quickly.Collaboration and ownership: ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information, and maintain a high level of professionalism.Education and experience: bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field; prior experience in consulting, founding teams, product, or strategy roles is an advantage.Additional beneficial qualifications: exposure to startups or fast-paced environments, interest in AI and data analytics, and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners.
