We build AI-powered investigation platforms for Indian law enforcement and work directly with agencies including EOW Nagpur and Cyber Crime Police Station, Nagpur City Police.Our flagship products, InvestiGate and TTI (Telegram Threat Intelligence), are built to solve real investigative problems that existing tools cannot.We are a small, fast-moving founding team. Everyone here does real work on real problems.About the RoleThis is not a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship.The Founder’s Office Intern will work directly with the Founder and core team on some of VFRA’s most important priorities: expanding our presence across India, engaging with senior law enforcement leadership, identifying relevant grants and incubation opportunities, supporting investor and advisor relationships, and building the systems required to scale the company.You will be trusted with real responsibility from day one. You will be expected to take ownership of tasks, figure out the path forward, communicate clearly, and execute without requiring step-by-step supervision.If you can take a goal, figure out the path, and get it done, we want to talk.What You Will Work On1. Outreach and Stakeholder MeetingsIdentify and coordinate meetings with DCPs, SPs, DYSPs, CPs, Cyber Cell heads, and other relevant government and law enforcement stakeholders across IndiaResearch relevant departments, officers, cities, and states for VFRA’s expansionDraft official outreach communication on VFRA letterheadSchedule meetings, manage confirmations, follow-ups, and correspondenceMaintain a structured database of outreach, meetings, contacts, and outcomesPrepare briefing notes before important meetings2. Pan-India ExpansionSupport the founding team in identifying and entering new states, cities, departments, and institutional networksResearch opportunities for VFRA across India's law enforcement and government ecosystemHelp develop city-wise and state-wise outreach strategiesTrack progress across different regions and ensure follow-ups do not slipAssist in building the operational systems required as VFRA scales pan India3. Grants, Incubation and Government OpportunitiesIdentify relevant government grants, startup schemes, competitions, accelerators, and incubation programsResearch eligibility, application requirements, deadlines, and strategic relevanceSupport the preparation of applications, supporting documents, pitch decks, and submissionsTrack applications from research through submission and follow-upMaintain a central calendar of important deadlines and opportunitiesYou will have the opportunity to take ownership of relevant grant and incubation applications end to end.4. Travel and Field CoordinationCoordinate travel arrangements for the founding team for outstation visitsAccompany the team on field visits where possibleManage on-ground logistics and meeting schedulesPrepare city-wise meeting briefs so the team walks into every meeting fully preparedMaintain clear records and action items from field visits5. Meetings, Notes and Follow-upsAttend meetings with the Founder and core team where appropriateTake structured meeting notes and maintain action itemsTrack commitments, follow-ups, and next steps after meetingsEnsure important action items are followed through to completionHelp the team maintain momentum across multiple parallel initiatives6. Pitching and PresentationsAttend pitch meetings alongside the founding teamUnderstand VFRA’s products, market, technology, and business model deeply enough to support discussionsCo-present after adequate preparation and briefingBuild and refine presentations for law enforcement agencies, incubators, investors, grant committees, and other stakeholdersDocument feedback from meetings and continuously improve the company's pitch7. Decks and DocumentsBuild and refine pitch decks for different audiencesPrepare one-pagers, capability briefs, proposals, and institutional documentsTailor communication based on the stakeholder being approachedMaintain version control and ensure the team is always working with the latest documentsSupport preparation of internal and external company documentation8. Investor and Advisor SupportAssist the founding team in coordinating with investors and advisorsPrepare meeting notes, action items, updates, and supporting materialTrack deliverables and follow-ups arising from investor and advisor discussionsHelp ensure commitments and reporting requirements are followed throughSupport the team in maintaining organised and professional communication with external stakeholders9. Market ResearchMap the Indian law enforcement technology, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and legal-tech landscapeResearch competitors, global benchmarks, pricing models, and emerging technologiesIdentify new markets, departments, partnerships, and verticals VFRA should considerPrepare concise research briefs to support business decisions10.
