Rentomojo offers attractive bundled rental subscriptions with zero cost of relocation and zero repair and maintenance cost at affordable cost that provides utility of EMI but not its rigidity.Job Title: Founder's Office – New InitiativesLocation: Bengaluru, Karnataka (HQ)Job Type: Full-timeDepartment: Founder's OfficeReports To: Founder & CEOJob SummaryRentomojo is looking for a sharp, hands-on professional to join the Founder's Office and drive New Initiatives – working directly with the Founder and leadership team to identify, structure, and scale high-impact projects across the business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data and execution, and is ideal for someone who has thrived in the ambiguity and pace of a startup environment. You will act as an internal entrepreneur, taking ideas from zero-to-one, using data to validate direction, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to get things done.Responsibilities And OwnershipPartner with the Founder and leadership team to identify, scope and prioritise new business initiatives, and own them end-to-end from ideation to execution. Build the business case, data models and success metrics for new initiatives; track performance rigorously and course-correct using data-driven insights. Drive deep-dive analyses on business performance, market opportunities and operational gaps to surface actionable recommendations for leadership. Act as the connective tissue across functions – Category, Operations, Growth, Tech, Finance and City teams – to align stakeholders and unblock execution. Set up dashboards, reports and review cadences that give leadership real-time visibility into new initiatives and key business metrics. Run structured pilots for new initiatives, define go/no-go criteria and build the playbook for scaling successful ones across cities. Represent the Founder's Office in cross-functional forums, driving accountability and follow-through on action items. Prepare leadership-ready presentations, board notes and strategic documents as required. Must-Have Qualifications2–5 years of experience with at least a meaningful stint at a startup, in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment. Strong data knowledge and analytical skills – comfortable structuring problems, building models, and drawing insights from large datasets (Excel/SQL and BI tools). Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to influence, align and drive outcomes across functions and seniority levels without direct authority. Strong first-principles problem solving with a bias for action and ownership mindset. Preferred QualificationsPrior exposure to business finance – unit economics, P&L management or financial modelling. Experience working on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy or launches, either at a startup or in a consulting/GTM role. MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institute, or a strong record of analytical rigor from a comparable background.
