This role requires you to think and talk in Dezerv's actual business language: AUM growth and mix, RM productivity and book size, product economics across PMS/AIF, client acquisition cost versus lifetime value, and where Dezerv sits competitively against private banks, boutique PMS providers, and self-directed platforms.What You'll OwnStrategyMarket sizing, competitive analysis, and new segment/initiative scoping worked through independently, from a blank page to a clear, defensible recommendationModels, decks, and dashboards for board and investor and providing key business insights in conversationsAIInternal AI tools that improve how business teams work, from prototype through to real adoptionThe institutional-memory systems the business already relies on for portfolio review and rebalancingIdentifying where AI can meaningfully cut manual effort across RM/ops workflows and building the fix directly, not writing a spec for someone else to buildYou Know Who You AreYou can hold a real conversation about how a wealth management business makes money AUM, fee models, PMS vs. AIF vs. mutual fund distribution economicsYou go to the data first you're not comfortable with a hypothesis you can't test or a number you can't defendYou have real, hands-on AI-building experience something you've actually shippedYou move across altitude easily - building a model or debugging a workflow in the morning, presenting a sharp recommendation in the afternoonWhat We're Looking For2-4 years of experience, with a clear, specific example of a problem you owned end-to-endStrong quantitative and analytical ability comfortable building a financial model, not just narrating one someone else builtGenuine hands-on AI-building experience a real tool, workflow, or prototype you've shippedA personal interest in markets and investing is a real plusComfort operating with minimal structure you can turn an ambiguous problem into a plan yourselfStartup or high-ambiguity environment experience preferred, fintech or wealth-tech familiarity is a strong plusWhy This Role MattersThis is a rare seat directly next to a founder, with real exposure to how strategic and AI decisions actually get made at Dezerv not through a deck reviewed by committee, but through work you do and ship yourself.
