From contemporary social dramas to emotionally driven narratives, Seera prioritizes cultural respect, artistic excellence, and responsible entertainment in every production.Role Description As a Founders Associate at Seera, you will work directly with the founders to drive key strategic and operational initiatives across the company.Strategy & analysis — Pull and synthesize the numbers that matter (downloads, coin economy behavior, SVOD conversion, retention, CAC/LTV), turn them into decisions, and own recurring competitive monitoring of the microdrama/MENA streaming space (ReelShort, DramaBox, ShortMax, Shahid, etc.).Content & production ops — Help run the content pipeline: coordinating writers, studios, dubbing/localization vendors, and release scheduling; tracking throughput and cost per episode.Partnerships & BD support — Source, prep, and help close partnerships (distribution, telco/carrier billing, content licensing, regional platforms), including building the materials and managing follow-through.Fundraising & investor support — Build and maintain the data room, the model inputs, the deck, and investor updates; run diligence logistics.Special projects & gap-filling — Own ambiguous, cross-functional problems end to end (new market entry prep, a monetization experiment, a hiring sprint, a vendor migration) and hand them off once they're systematized.Founder leverage — Prep for meetings, drive decisions to closure, and follow up on the things that otherwise slip.QualificationsOrganizational and project management abilities, including task prioritization, time management, and stakeholder coordination.Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise presentations, briefs, and reports.Comfort working with data (e.g., spreadsheets, basic dashboards) to support business decisions and performance tracking.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.Genuine interest in film, series production, or storytelling, ideally with familiarity with Arab culture and regional media trends.Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.1+ years of experience in growth-stage startups, management consulting, banking, venture capital or related fields.
