Founders Office - AI & Automation

Location: Thane | Union LivingUnion Living is looking for a Founder's Office - AI & Automation who can operate at the intersection of strategy, AI, and building. If you like solving messy problems with data, using AI to build things from scratch, and working directly with leadership, this one's for you.What you'll be doing:- Run CRM and marketing performance analysis to inform strategy- Support paid media and content strategy planning- Own end-to-end founder's office projects, from 0 to 1- Use AI tools (LLMs, AI coding assistants, automation platforms) as the default way to design, build, and ship internal systems and workflows- Build internal dashboards, trackers, and lightweight tools (KPI tracking, occupancy dashboards, QR check-ins, lead portals) using AI-assisted building and tools like Google Apps Script and Chart.jsWhat we're looking for:- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, comfortable working across spreadsheets and dashboards- Hands-on comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, AI coding assistants, automation platforms) as a default way of working, not an afterthought- Ability to turn business problems into functional tools, without needing a full eng team- High ownership mindset, comfortable working directly with founders- Prior experience in a startup, founder's office, or consulting background is a plus- Exposure to CRM platforms and automations (e.g., LeadSquared) is a plus, not a requirementWhy this role:This is a high-exposure generalist role built around strategy and AI-first execution. You'll touch strategy, marketing, and ops, using AI to build and ship faster, with direct visibility to leadership and real ownership of what you build.
