We blend creativity with a client-first approach, delivering a seamless andmemorable experience from the first conversation to the final delivery.About the RoleWe're looking for a driven and personable Founders Office Executive to join our team.You'll work closely with leads generated by our marketing team, guide prospective clientsthrough our services and packages, and help them customize the perfect offering for theirbig day. This role is central to building trust with our clients — from the first interactionthrough to project delivery — and occasionally involves direct engagement with businessowners/founders on strategic opportunities.Key Responsibilities● Engage with leads shared by the marketing team and understand client requirements● Explain Artisan Archives' services and product offerings clearly and confidently● Help clients customize packages based on their needs and budget● Drive both outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-ups (primarily outbound)● Build and maintain strong client relationships from onboarding through to project delivery● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience and timely delivery● Occasionally interact directly with business owners/founders on key opportunities● Maintain accurate records of client communication and sales pipelineRequirements● Any graduate (no specific stream required)● 0–1 years of experience; freshers with strong enthusiasm for sales/client interactionwelcome● Multilingual communication skills — English and Kannada is mandatory and additional languages is a plus● Comfortable working in a target-driven environment● Willingness to visit client locations as needed● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Compensation● Fixed salary as per market standards, based on relevant experience in the wedding/Photography industry● Incentive/commission component applicable post training and probation Probation Period: 3–6 monthsExcited about this role?
