Sixteen seats, six tables, open since July 2026, dine-in only. We make our own noodles and simmer our broth for twelve hours. We are small, we are growing fast, and everyone here does more than their job title.The roleWe are hiring one person for our core team, starting on the service floor. You will run the room: guests, front of house, the till, the pace of a full house, and the small problems nobody sees. You will be trained on all of it.This is a three month paid internship. It is a real path into the business, not a temporary pair of hands.What you will doLook after guests from the door to the bill, and make people want to come backRun the floor during service and keep the pace under pressureHandle the POS, daily reports and basic record keepingWork with the kitchen so the room and the line stay in stepPick up whatever the shift needs, because a sixteen seat restaurant has no spare peopleWhat we are looking forGenuinely good with people, and warm without being fake about itComfortable speaking English with guestsAble to use a computer, a billing system and a spreadsheet, or willing to learn quicklyBold enough to say the thing, and to take directionResilient. It gets loud and it gets fast, and it does not slow down because you are new.
