Founding Account Executive UAE

We're partnering with an exciting early stage SaaS company on a mission to transform how mental health services are delivered across the UAE. Backed by experienced founders with a clear product vision, the business is now looking for its first commercial leader to launch and scale the UAE market.This is a rare opportunity to build a go to market function from the ground up and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a high growth technology business.As the Founding GTM Lead, you'll work directly with the founders to:Build and execute the UAE go to market strategy.Win the company's first customers and strategic partnerships.Develop relationships across private healthcare providers, education institutions and corporate wellbeing organisations.Create repeatable sales processes, messaging and commercial playbooks.Shape product direction through direct customer feedback.Build the foundations of the future commercial organisation.This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys building, selling and creating momentum in an early stage environment.We're looking for someone who has:7+ years of SaaS, HealthTech or enterprise technology sales experience.A proven track record of launching new markets, products or business units.Strong experience winning enterprise customers and building C level relationships.An established network and credibility within the UAE Healthcare and/or Education sectors is essential.Experience selling into hospitals, healthcare providers, schools, universities or education groups would be highly advantageous.An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build something from the ground up.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands on.UAE market experience is essential.Why this opportunity?Founding commercial leadership position.Work directly with experienced founders and influence company strategy.Equity participation with significant long term upside.Build and lead the future commercial organisation.Innovative SaaS platform solving a meaningful real world challenge.Significant UAE and regional growth ambitions.If you're passionate about building businesses, not just selling for them, and have an established network within the Healthcare or Education sectors, we'd love to hear from you.
