Founding Blockchain Technical Lead – Real World Asset (RWA) Platform

Our vision is to create an enterprise-grade platform that combines blockchain technology with strong compliance, security, and institutional reliability.We are seeking a founding technical leader who will define the blockchain architecture, build the platform from the ground up, and lead the future engineering team.Role OverviewAs the Founding Blockchain Architect, you will own the blockchain strategy and technical implementation for our tokenization platform. You will design secure smart contracts, build the blockchain infrastructure, establish engineering standards, and work closely with leadership to shape the product roadmap.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, architectural thinking, and experience delivering production blockchain systems.ResponsibilitiesArchitectureDesign the overall blockchain architecture for an enterprise RWA platform.Define tokenization workflows for real estate, precious metals, and other assets.Build scalable, secure, and maintainable blockchain solutions.Recommend technology choices and justify architectural decisions.Design for future scalability, interoperability, and regulatory requirements.Blockchain DevelopmentDevelop production-grade Solana programs using Rust and the Anchor Framework.Design token issuance, redemption, transfer, and lifecycle management.Implement wallet integration and transaction processing.Integrate blockchain functionality with enterprise backend systems.SecurityDesign secure smart contract architectures.Implement multi-signature controls and key management strategies.Conduct code reviews with a security-first mindset.Work with external auditors before production deployments.LeadershipServe as the technical lead for blockchain initiatives.Mentor future blockchain engineers.Help recruit and interview technical team members.Establish engineering standards, testing practices, and development workflows.CollaborationWork closely with product, legal, compliance, and backend engineering teams.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Evaluate new blockchain technologies and ecosystem developments.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of professional software engineering experience.3+ years of blockchain development experience.Production experience with Solana.Strong Rust programming skills.Experience with the Anchor Framework.Experience building and deploying production smart contracts.Strong understanding of distributed systems.Strong knowledge of cryptography fundamentals.Experience with REST APIs and backend integration.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience using Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.Preferred QualificationsExperience building tokenization or digital asset platforms.Experience with regulated financial systems.Knowledge of token standards and asset lifecycle management.Experience integrating wallets and custody solutions.Familiarity with PostgreSQL and enterprise application architecture.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience leading engineering teams.Technical Skills RequiredRust, Solana, Anchor Framework, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, REST APIsNice to Have.NET, Go, React or Angular, Terraform, Kafka, RedisWhat You'll BuildYou will lead the development of: Enterprise tokenization platformAsset issuance engineSmart contract ecosystemInvestor portalWallet integrationCompliance and KYC integrationAsset registryTransfer and redemption workflowsSecurity and audit infrastructureDeveloper SDKs and APIsWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who:Thinks like an architect, not just a programmer.Can explain complex blockchain concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Makes pragmatic technology decisions.Prioritizes security and reliability.Enjoys building products from the ground up.Wants to shape a long-term platform rather than just deliver features.
