Apply & track with Apply EdgeCompany DescriptionRevive Energy is a Montana-based advanced recycling and clean technology company developing a scalable solution for two of the world’s most persistent environmental challenges: end-of-life tires and hard-to-recycle plastic waste.Every year, enormous quantities of plastics and tires are landfilled, stockpiled, burned, dumped, or otherwise discarded. Much of this material cannot be effectively or economically recycled using conventional methods and can remain an environmental liability for generations. Our proprietary High-Power Density Catalyzed (HPDC) pyrolysis technology is designed to transform difficult-to-recycle plastics, tires, and other hydrocarbon-based waste into useful products. Our initial commercial focus is end-of-life tires. This allows us to address a significant waste problem while further proving, scaling, and de-risking our technology for broader use with difficult-to-recycle plastics. Our process is designed to produce recovered tire pyrolysis oil (rTPO), recovered carbon black (rCB), recovered steel, and syngas that can help power the process itself. With pilot-scale validation complete, Revive is preparing to build our Mini Commercial Prototype (MCP), the next step toward commercialization. The MCP will provide the foundation for scaling to our first 50-ton-per-day commercial facility and, ultimately, additional facilities across North America and beyond.Revive is supported by a founding team and technical leadership with deep experience across engineering, energy infrastructure, technology commercialization, institutional finance, private equity, global supply chains, and strategic advisory. Our MissionRevive Energy was founded to help leave the world cleaner than we found it.We believe technology and entrepreneurship can provide scalable solutions to waste problems that have persisted for generations. Our mission is to build and deploy technology capable of cleaning up end-of-life tires and difficult-to-recycle plastics at a scale that makes a meaningful difference.Role DescriptionRevive Energy is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to work directly with our Board of Directors and founding team through the company’s next stage of growth. We need a builder. The CEO will be responsible for building the business around our technology: raising capital, structuring the company, developing strategic partnerships, securing long-term commercial agreements, navigating corporate and regulatory requirements, and assembling the organization required to scale.A major priority will be capital formation. The CEO will lead fundraising and financing efforts across institutional investors, strategic investors, private equity, family offices, infrastructure capital, lenders, project finance partners, and other sources of capital. The CEO will also lead Revive’s commercial strategy, including securing long-term feedstock agreements, negotiating offtake agreements for our recovered products, and developing partnerships across the plastics, tire, automotive, chemical, energy, manufacturing, recycling, and waste industries.Working with the Board and our professional advisors, the CEO will help establish the corporate structure, governance, compliance, financial controls, risk management, and operating systems needed to grow responsibly. The immediate objective is clear: successfully advance the MCP, position Revive for our first 50-ton-per-day commercial facility, and build the foundation for a much larger company.Qualifications• Proven experience building or scaling an early-stage company, venture, or business.• Demonstrated ability to raise meaningful outside capital and work effectively with investors, lenders, and strategic partners.• Strong understanding of corporate finance, capitalization, deal structuring, budgeting, and financial planning.• Experience negotiating significant commercial agreements, including strategic partnerships, supply or feedstock agreements, offtake agreements, joint ventures, or similar transactions.• Experience establishing the corporate infrastructure required to scale, including governance, compliance, financial controls, risk management, and organizational structure.• Experience working with Boards of Directors, investors, attorneys, accountants, regulators, lenders, and senior corporate decision-makers.• Ability to recruit and lead an exceptional team through commercialization and growth.• Strong communication, negotiation, business development, and relationship-building skills.• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable operating in an environment where the playbook is still being written.• Experience in clean technology, energy, industrial technology, infrastructure, manufacturing, recycling, plastics, chemicals, tires, or waste is beneficial but not required.• Prior CEO experience is welcome but not required. We care more about what you have built, financed, and accomplished than the titles you have held.Compensation & OpportunityThis position will initially be equity-only, with a transition to competitive executive compensation anticipated as financing is secured. Location is flexible. For the right person, this is an opportunity for meaningful ownership at a pivotal stage in Revive’s development. The technology has been validated at pilot scale, an experienced team is in place, and we are preparing to build the MCP before moving to our first 50-ton-per-day commercial facility. We are looking for an accomplished executive who could take another traditional leadership position but wants something more meaningful.Someone who has already proven they can build something successful and wants the next thing they build to do some good in the world.
