I'm looking for one person to own the technology at the same level, someone better at it than I am, who will tell me when I'm wrong and be right often enough that I listen.The problemThis is a hard technical problem, and I'd rather be honest about which parts are hard than pretend it's a normal build.Building a model of a human being that is still true in year three, when the person has changed and half of what it learned is now wrong.Agents that take irreversible actions in the real world, on someone's money, calendar and relationships, where a confident mistake costs trust you never get back.A system that acts on the most sensitive data a person has, under a promise that the company operating it cannot read that data.Running frontier-quality intelligence on infrastructure we control, at a price that works.If you've tried any of these, you know none of them are solved problems. That's the job.Who I'm looking for15+ years, and still writing production code. Not code review. Code, in the last six months.You've been a founder, or one of the first ten people at a company that became something. You know what the first year actually costs.Not currently founding anything. This needs your whole attention, and I need to know your best thinking isn't reserved for something else.Range, not specialism. You should be able to hold memory systems, agent architecture and model inference in one head, because you'd own all of it. I'm not looking for someone who covers a third of this and hires for the rest.You've built and led a small senior team and set the bar yourself.You want to be hands-on for years. If the ambition is an org chart, we'll both regret it.Who this isn't forTransformation and delivery leaders. If your achievements are measured in release cadence, predictability or delivery maturity, this is the wrong role no matter how good the numbers.Consultants and agency technologists. Twelve systems in two years is breadth. This is one system that has to still be right in year five.Anyone whose last production commit was three years ago.Anyone currently building their own thing.Anyone who wants the title more than the problem.PackageEquity-led and priced like an ownership role.
